** Please note Business Enterprise Solutions are not part of a certification body and hence cannot award accreditation to a standard. We do have IRCA accredited audit training to enable us to replicate stage 1 & 2 audits in preparation for a certification assessment or surveillance visit. **

Auditing quotations are based upon IAF guidelines for the calculation of audit time and quoted in days. Business size and complexity is taken into account.

Audit templates for internal, external or supplier audit can be prepared for clients by Business Enterprise Solutions as part of the service. Sufficient information must be provided as to the purpose and scope of audit along with any contractual or regulatory requirements to be audited against.

Audit against ISO standards will be performed on checklists tailored to the standard. For copyright purposes the checklist issued to clients will contain clause number and titles only so clients can cross reference to their copy of the ISO standard as required. This is in line with copyright rules for sharing of ISO standards.

Audits can be performed remotely and / or on-site as required and depending upon the scope of the audit. Audit checklist preparation, planning and report writing are all included within the quotation.

Opening and closing meetings can be scheduled in line with client requirements. These are recommended to familiarise employees with audit scope and to introduce ourselves along with discussion of findings at the end of the audit, however are not compulsory.

A document list is usually requested in advance of the audit for review to direct areas of priority for assessment and assist with creation of the audit plan in line with the required scope. Secure access and / or transfer of documents will be discussed and agreed directly with the client. Arrangements for all audit preparation to be conducted on site can be accommodated providing adequate workspace and access to documents is available.
