The completion of a project is always followed by a settling period and during this time we will often have clients contact us with a question or request an hour with us as something needs adjustment post implementation. Our work is invoiced by the hour, so this gives clients the flexibility without costly tie-ins or obligations to purchase more resource than they need.
Our services can be offered as a package or as individual services. Some clients simply want a pre surveillance audit annually, others want a full transformation project covering all aspects of the service end to end. Our quotations will always estimate, based on the requirements and data available from the client, an approximate number of hours for completion. We then work with our clients to create a timeline that fits. For example, if a gap analysis for ISO implementation is calculated at approximately 130 hours, the client may decide that they want this completed within a month and therefore, schedules allowing, we will assign full time resource to this project. If the client is not in a rush and would rather budget for just 40 hours per month we will commit to a completion timeline of approximately 3.5 months. Flexibility for our clients is always a priority.
